For each release, you have to fill in an online feedback form. If this does not happen without reason several times, unfortunately we have to exclude you from our pool.

You must prove your statements about which charts you vote for by sending us a copy of the admission confirmation and of the latest voting sheet. You can send us these documents by mail, fax them, or e-mail them as a scanned JPEG file (you will receive our mail address, fax number, and e-mail address in the confirmation e-mail).
